"Uplifting Springs" is a clothing brand rooted in life coaching and self development, it aims to provide people with wearables that speak to their heart, not just embrace them.

2. What kind of messages do you print on your clothing?
Our tees and designs feature thoughtful, lines, words that awaken, guide, or gently remind you of something deeper. Some are healing, some reflective, others are motivating and some feel like truths you always knew but forgot, torching your path in life toward the right direction.

3. Do you offer life coaching services too?
Yes — we share life-coaching-inspired content regularly on our TikTok and Instagram channels. Through written quotes, gentle reminders, and reflective insights, we aim to offer regular support and soulful prompts to help you grow, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

4. What sizes do you offer?
We aim to be inclusive and our products are available in many sizes.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
The order is received the same business day in most cases, and shipping time depends on your location, usually 3 - 5 business days within in Canada.

6. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we’re only shipping within Canada. We're keeping things close to home while we grow, but we hope to expand in the future. If you're outside of Canada and interested in our pieces, feel free to reach out, we’d love to know where you're from.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we do accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of delivery — if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Please get in contact with us, by calling 1877 223 5603 or by sending an email to help@springsstore.store

8. How should I care for the clothing?
•    Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water.
•    Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
•    Avoid fabric softeners, they can affect print quality.
•    Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve print vibrancy.
•    Do not iron directly on the print. If ironing, turn the garment inside out 
•    Avoid dry cleaning.
